It’s Been Alright

In 2021, my team in Novartis asked me to create something about how I stayed positive during COVID-19. A tough ask, right?

I wrote, shot and edited this spoken word video in and around the cottage I lived in near The Coombe in Dublin. The process forced me to focus on the silver linings of the grey cloud that was life in lockdown. By the time I submitted it, I did feel more positive and my global colleagues told me it cheered them up too.
